Is anyone else on here living with arthritis?If so...how do you cope? I am 25 years old and was diagnosed with chronic rheumatory arthritis. They have me on steroids and its making my life even more miserable. Any advice on how to live with this disease and how to get off this prednisone?

Not all arthritis has to be lived with. I know a gal with MS who was diagnosed with arthritis in her knees by her specialists that she has seen. I freed up the muscles and she was walking without her walker and out of pain when I did that. You just have to find the person who has an idea of what to do to the muscles to help you out.
