Tender hot joints in hands

Could be osteoarthritis as one possibility. Another possibility especially because of the fatigue factor is that of fibromyalgia.

The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

So, we have the following:

- Polyarticular involvement (it would be helpful to know which joints of the hand are hurting)
- Signs of synovitis (Tender, hot joints)
- Tiredness

This raises the clinical suspicion of viral arthritis, reactive arthritis, systemic rheumatic disease and rheumatoid arthritis.

I suggest to see a rheumatologist. An early diagnosis might be crucial in your case.

Tiredness might be a feature of fibromyalgia, but it's even more common in other rheumatic diseases. The presence of signs of inflammation makes fibromyalgia as a diagnosis unlikely.
