Arthritis Info: is it Rheumatoid arthritis or other condition .. i am confused ?

Other people asked questions on various topics, and are still
waiting for answer. Would be great if you can take a sec and
answer them

is it Rheumatoid arthritis or other condition .. i am confused ?since 1 year i am confused whether i have Rheumatoid arthritis , i have the following

positive Rheumatoid factor
but normal ( ACCP , ANA , ESR , CRP , ASOT ) blood tests
good liver and kidney profile
enlarged spleen

i have all symptoms of rheumatoid except two :

early morning stiffness
no inflamed joint or bone or no enlarged one

pkease help

I was diagnosed with RA 17 months ago. I had a high RF too. All of the other lab work you had done so did I. Mine were normal too. (even my spleen). I would go to a rheumatologist and try to get the right diagnosis. If you have it, you need to get on medications to prevent it from getting worse.
