will a rotator cuff impigment or tear heal on its own,and cause arthritis in the shoulder joint?This injury happended 1 1/2 years ago,and was never treated.Now the shoulder joint is riddled with arthritis inside and out.

yea i have the same problem and no it wont heal. it just hurts! i take pain meds and use those heat raps, they really work.
