im really scared because the doctors say i probably have juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.. im only 15 and i don't want hands like this!

-Milkweeds
eat much less red meat...it has urine in it
dont drink lemonaid or lemons.no citric acid
they both go right to the joints and make things worse

you need to get some nice......black cherry juice
fill your glass half full or 1/3rd full...of the juice and fill with water to the top

drink this 2 times a week

get youself some nice herbs at your local herb shop that is great for this

burdock........dandilion

this will help improve your condtion
these will stimulate liver and kidney function and prevent improper waste buildup and help your condition.
agrimony herb
black cohosh
get these herbs in your daily diet and eat less red meat.....red meat has lots of urine in it.......not good for joints
