Arthritis Info: Apple Cider Vinegar..?

Hi,I did the following:

Apple Cider Vinegar..?I have heard it is good to relieve pain for arthritis? Is this true? or anything that helps for better pain relief!?

Thankssss!

Apple cider vinegar works better for some people than for others. For pain releif, high doses of omega-3 fatty acids work best.

As a long term aid to pain relief try taking up tai chi. You need to practice at home regularly between classes and results only appear very gradually, but it does help. If you can find a qigong (ChiKung) teacher locally that would teach you how to help yourself too. The cider vinegar may well help because surprisingly it can decrease acidity in the system. There is a gel that you can apply to the painful area that works well- try googling Gold Spot for info. You need to avoid foods that make it worse - citrus fruit, grapes, tomatoes are some common culprits, but watch what you have eaten and see if you can relate certain foods to an increase in inflammation. Good luck.
