My best friend is 30 yrs old. She has had Lupus since childhood and is in stage 5 kidney failure.?

Hi,I did the following:

My best friend is 30 yrs old. She has had Lupus since childhood and is in stage 5 kidney failure.?She is not a candidate for dialysis or a transplant right now because she has a lot of other complications. She has inflammation around her heart and lungs, weighs only 97 lbs from loss of appetite and fatigue. She has rheumatoid arthritis and maybe COPD. She is currently also on oxygen. Right now she is at a 4 week rehabilitation facility. Basically I'm wondering what her life expectancy could be without dialysis or a transplant or if there is a possibility of EVER being a candidate for dialysis or a transplant given her conditions?

You really should be asking her doctors and ones familiar with her situation these questions

best wishes to both of you.
