what medicine can help an osteo-arthritis patient specially suffering from knee pains?my mom,aged 62 years ,weight 60 kg height 150cm with BP140/90 suffers from acute knee pain, can walk little say 300 meters at a stretch,does half an hour exercises daily ,takes veg food.

relafen....ibuprofen helps with inflamation but she should see a DR for advice, sounds like she does a good job keeping in shape so a mild pain reliever may help. relafen is good dont cause alot of crazy side effects
